I have seen something like that. It seems related to multiple selection, combining, splitting etc, but I haven't diagnosed the exact cause.

It seems that this has happened several times lately that I place artillery units on an agressive fire setting and later find them set back to regular fire at will setting. This has caused quite a few losses when I expect units to stop at range and bombard the target and they do not.
I will be paying closer attention to when this happens and trying to figure out if there is a pattern.
Has anyone else encountered this?

If you merge the unit set to agressive with other units, the status can get switched back again.
I have tested all merging combinations in the past and from what I remember the status of the resulting stack is set to the status of the stationary stack whether it be aggressive, fire at will, return fire or hold fire. I don't remember what happens for a merge where all units are moving. What Vorlon is talking about though, I think, may be different, but it needs to be diagnosed better.freezy wrote:
