I just joined a fresh server called 10 x event and yet when I started the game AI mass produced propaganda office and spend my resources like a stupid. This should be fix and stop. How do I start researching units now if I don't have any resources ans cash left

10x speed events are just that, you only join such a game if you have time all day throughout the next week. I personally don't play them. AI just tend to do those things and the basics is to never let AI control your country, and if so, then only day 10 or later. It really does stupid things, and I think this is a response to players trying to "cheat" games by joining like 50, letting AI take control and then checking ten days later and finishing the games where the AI did very well.
This way the AI is stupid, though it improved a bit in tactics the last month.
If you have above 10k manpower, you're not investing properly. A good player never has many resources. Larger armies destroy enemies faster without taking damage from them. Build only: 1 military building in each city, airstrips, and recruiting stations to boost manpower. Minimize research, 2 unit types early, 6 types in late game. Upgrade old units, but: artillery lv1 to lv2 is a waste, only lv1 to lv4 is worth it. Enjoy Hornetkeeper

Hey its better than when they spammed AA...actually no not really. This is a problem. Alas it is impossible to get bots to think laterally enough to not do this as the effects of a propo office are immediate. I agree however that this is a problem and that the bots should be better instructed as to how to produce units and make buildings
what im trying to say is I just joined a game the game is just in 1 day and yet i have already no resources left.

exactly, could at least make them make industry and fortifications. But noo

Now, what he means is that if we start the game the country, which was AI before, starts building propoganda offices. Its a issue which makes us weak in resources.
Now, the solution is simple, join the game when there are 0 people in it ,i.e., when the game is created. you will have the resources.
This was started recently, when the peace period was disabled in all games.
