ai units
seeing ai with lvl infantry and lvl 2 infantry at the same time, in the same stack to be exact... i thought it was supposed to make all lvl 1 inf lvl 2 when you finished research, not working for ai or this is supposed to happen?

i'd already destroyed the stack that had different units lvls though, but seeing as it happened there it will probably replicate itself once other games im playing get to that day...

when the unit is switching nation by an uprising in the province the level of the unit still is the same...
Got the same on one of my maps by this way.
