Thank you for your report and your patience.
To help us help you, we will need you to send us in a report. To do this just go to the main Call of War page (your account page). There scroll to the very end of the page and click to open "Support" (or go to a game that opens, bottom right corner open, settings, select the bug symbal) fill out the report with your problem and your game number that is affected.
Then a Game Operator will assist you as soon as possible.
