This was the fix to the problem of not being able to protect an allied province from an enemy invader.
Allied units do not allow me to take an enemy province
I saw, allready in many maps, that if i attack a provice where an allied of me has an unit, i can not take that provicnce. For exemple i have share map with player X, and plyer X have also share map with player Z. If i attack player Z, but player X has 1 unit in the province of Z, i can not take the province... is like a protection... please fix it

I'm sorry that extreme things like this always happens to you ..
.. but exactly this mechanic has been vehemently demanded by some players for a long time, now it's here and confirming again: think carefully about whether you really want to open Pandora's box ..

You can just declare war on your shared map or talk to him privately

Then declare war on him, you think he will allow? He is probably going to declare war on you first. Its already past 10 hours so I don't find the urgency in that.
Or you can just change your relation with him to peace, conquer the orovince, the change your relation back to share map.Ryan04px2025 wrote:

He is probably going to have to destroy his friends units during the processKiller8282 wrote:

How surprised will he be when no-one responds after this message. LmaoJacques Thomas wrote:

Look at it from the other point of view.
If you placed troops in a friendly province to protect it, would you want your allies to be able to capture that while it is under your protection?
As I said, this is the intended function of the game. As player A and player B are allied, then the units of either player will defend the province of either player. This is a fundamental part of being allies that you work together for the common defense.Zimbrisor wrote:

You will either have to declare war on player B and kill their units to capture this province belonging to player A that they occupy, or go around them. This is the way the game is designed to work and it is not a bug.
