Anti Cheat need Mod help please

So my son comes over to my house to visit, opens up his lap top and logs

in. After getting anti cheat message he send in support ticket. I

received a message too, and figure he sent a report ticket why clog up

communications once someone responds they will clear it up. He later

opes up and turns on his lap top, and it auto connects causing the issue

again, before figure out how to stop the auto connect. I, in turn send

it a support ticket at the same time. This results in one of our games

getting banned, ok fine. Send another support ticket in.

wait a couple days after fixing issues, son using his own internet

connection. Then an admin decides to ban us on our games for multi

accounting. I respond to messages left and try to get a hold of

someone. Still no response. I go into the game chat to see if any

admins are on. Wait a while, then check messages look through forums

and come back to find I have been permanently banned from Chat. What

did I do? I am trying to communicate, why am I getting banned?

For several years me and my son have played supremacy and now call of

war and have not had these issues. Now all of a sudden I am being

victimized for multi accounting? If someone would simply take a look

into it, you would clearly see that he uses his own internet and his own

account to play his own games. This is not a multi account. Every

where I have gone i get this

can someone please point me in the direction to clear up this matter.

Now I am being threatened that my account will be banned after

supporting this game over the years.

replied to messages sent to me about the anti hack and ban, no response.

he replied to messages, no response.

Tried to talk to an admin in chat, got permanently banned without even saying a word.
