At 10:40pm ingame time, a single level 1 fighter on patrol successfully destroyed a stack of 2 level 1 light tanks, 1 level 1 armoured car and 5 level 2 infantry in one hit. The aggregate morale of the stack was approximately 90 percent, so unless something dramatic has been done to the strength of fighters, this definitely should not have been possible. I moved another stack into the fighter's patrol radius to see if it would happen again and it did not, but I'd recommend looking into why it occurred since people losing large amounts of units (especially early on) to what appears to be a glitch is a definite issue.
Screenshots if Possible:
I obviously can't include screenshots of an event that has already occurred, but the record of the attack can be found in the newspaper, Day 3, New England/Kentucky. I assume you guys can check the game itself to see what happened during that time.

There had to be more units involved in this battle. A newspaper report will give credit to the last unit that hit the target, but it was likely not responsible for the entire damage.

Yeah, I know how the reporting system works for newspaper purposes, but in this case it was just one unit - that's why I created a forum profile (after 2 or 3 years of playing CoW) specifically to report it. In this case, the guy had gone inactive on the first day (he hasn't been taken over by the AI yet), hadn't created any additional units or buildings and just had the one fighter patrolling around his capital. The stack in question had been in combat recently (it wiped out 1 level 1 infantry unit in Chattanooga less than an hour before and was on route to Nashville), but when it was attacked it was just by a single level 1 fighter, since that's the only air unit (and indeed the only military unit) Kentucky had in the vicinity. Since I've never seen a situation where one level 1 fighter can wipe out 8 ground units, I have to assume a glitch occurred and accordingly made a report here.

Please send in a bug report from the lower right corner of your game so that we can take a look at that specific game log. Please include all of the details that you included here in your report.
