I can't get in to Call of War site let alone any games - are the servers down and if so for how long?

This is disappointing... I have limited time playing due to work and now one of my opportunities for today has been compromised!
Seems to me that everyone has gone to sleep now and it won't be resolved for another few hours at least. 
Dear all, unfortunately, the issue seemed to be more difficult to solve than expected. Since a couple of minutes website and games should be slowly coming online again. We will shortly address the reasons for the incident and what we are doing to prevent similar incidents in the future. For now, please accept our aplogies for the inconvenience and that long waiting time.
can your apology go back in time and tell me this would happen so i didnt get up so early this morning to check everything seen as i couldnt do it last night?
All that is great and wonderful but you owe me a cruiser plueprint. Obtained in map 2147391, North Batlleford.
And i will not even list the units I lost as i was not able to access and adjust in my games throughout this ... "incident".
And finally (and that goes to Felix and the Community Management team ONLY) i completely understand the heat you guys take when... "incidents" like that happen. But you are our only gateway (and not a 502 bad one) to Bytro.
No offence taken. And believe me, we can understand your frustration and know what can happen to a game which you cannot access for a couple of hours. We sometimes hide it behind 'corporate' responses, though.Tauriguard wrote:

So, I got on one game then I went to go onto another game and it crashed. No every time I try to open COW up, it just tells me:
Error: Server Error
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Mine is now working thank you bytro
mine is working thru steam only lost 2 games i invested gold in. i had 8 games going now only have 6 just fyi
