In the 100 Player Map, there are two Assab's right next to each other. One is in Eritrea and one is in Ethiopia. However, I do not own the provinces and do not know if one is in North Africa and another is in South Africa.
It should say, in the top right of the information pop-up when you click on the province there should be a small flag. It will tell you the original owner's country.
