Astonishing incompetence
Hey there,
so I hate to be that guy but the sheer lack of competence regarding daily issues and the failure to fix cerain problems is truly worrying. Why is it that we have our rank and stats reset on a regular basis? It may be only visual and the stats do return here and there but if you happen to be set to rank 1, you won't be able to join matches that have a set rank requirement. So it does indeed affect the actual gameplay and it's really starting to get on my nerve. However though, these problems pair well with the "Operation Payday". Which, oddly enough, never seems to have any problems working at all. 
I suggest you guys start fixing problems, or at least communicate the actual status of the procedure the community has been suffered and reported for months by now. Publishing the only operation that literally wants you to buy certain items or gold for money at the exact same time happens to be my kinda humour but I'm afraid that's not the case for the vast majority.
Please fix this issue. It does cast a shadow over an enjoyable game because we are confronted by it literally every single day.

Will the old system still be updated? This has been happening now for something like 2 months and it's severely impacting game experience.
Cant join new games, as lvl is too low.
Cant see history on players to work together.
This never happened before, what has been implemented that this occurs from November(isch) 2023. Can you do a roll-back if something was implemented?
All this can be easily managed if someone would take time to explain this, manage this, communicate about this, sets timelines when things can be resolved and when a apparently new system is to be released...
Bugs happen in software... Not communicating and not managing this is, like topic starter posted, astonishing incompetence.
Can Bytro give more information about this issue??

Rank problems have been glitched off an on thru the life time of CoW.
Some of the damage was never repaired in FP accounts a few years back.
The bigger question is"
If and when a new rank system is rolled out, will it be any more reliable?

Playing since 2017, but the past few months it's really shitty. Thought they solved it... But it's on/off every refresh.
Even a bug report here seems to be deleted... Bytro is not what it used to be anymore and certainly not what they claim to be on the company site.

Sadly not. Only the new stats system version will fix this, which should happen soon. Until then we can only manually restart the servive once it stops (which we have been doing the last few times it happened).Lego_ wrote:
