From what I know, attacking will not declare war.

Attack on Enemy in Allied Territory an Act of War??
Myself and an ally launched an attack into Germany. I moved some V-2s into my ally's territory and launched a missile at Germany. Now, I am being told no matter what attack I select to make, it would be an ACT OF WAR against my ally. I can't help him in any battles on his territory.
Is there any fix that can be done for this? Like now?
Thanks for any help you might be able to give.

If you are an ally to fight against an enemy territory. You'll only be in war against the enemy.
