I was playing call of war with my friends and i had a good time, but when i tried to re login, it sent me this form, i asked my friends about it and they told me i was banned, but i was playing like every normal player and never cheated, can you fix this

How do i make a request? still new to this website

the form you see is of the Support ticket.
As Brutus trump said you have to File a support ticket (actually multiple may be required).
1st ticket should be of enquiring what happened to your account: Account Problem (type of support request)-> Account banned/deactivated inquiry (subject) -> state your account name and problem in the body of the draft.
Now wait for staff reply, Their response should guide you through into what to do next.
Just in case your name is the trouble and is confirmed by staff you should draft a support ticket:
Account Problem -> Name change -> State your current account name and type up three possible Naming options to change your name to in the body of this draft
Staff should Change your name to one of the options you gave (in situations otherwise they will Respond to you)

If you have an email connected to your account, it will come there as well.

That is against the rules. If we've banned you, it was for a reason. Multi-accounting makes it worse.

The reason for getting banned was bc of my name. so do i reply to the mail or file another support ticket suggesting 3 different names?
