Yes this matter. Blitzkrieg map starting research is other day than day 1. And different doctrines or countries have different already reasearched techs.

Battleship Bug
I noticed something today, I had Battleship Lvl. 3 at Day 7. I was confused so I took a screenshot of it. Is this an intentional thing or not? I am in a 1939 Blitzkrieg game if that matters.

1939 Blitzkrieg maps have already researched techs. So you start the game with researched techs.
