It has now been a second day where the Beta/Frontier games have had all their units still missing/
It would be NICE if the company would respond to say that
1. they are aware of the problem
2. they think it will be resolved in X date
3. Or they could simply say it is not going to be resolved and units replaced and we should play on from here.
Anything but silence?

They are aware of the problem and they are dealing with it. Well not now, it's weekend. That's also the reason why there is little communication I guess.
Everyone lost units in FP games meaning everyone is in the same boat.
The games keep going, the clock has not stopped. There is no point in waiting.
Simply produce new units and fight.

Please understand that FP, is beta and it can and will have bugs.
It is our job in FP games to try to break the game so that we don't bring those bugs to live rounds.

At this point the word from the Developers is that there is no way to restore the units that vanished.
Good advice from Mandurah above.
Your K/D stats are not affected by this as your units were not killed. It is the report of the kill which affects your stats.

Does the Dev tam have a clear understanding of why this occurred? Is there any other info from FP players they need to assist in preventing this for happening again?
I think all us FP players that have survived the Thanos snap should get some gold for our resilience in continued game play after this catastrophic troop loss. Just saying.

I was just given 116,000+ as compensation for lost units.
1/ did everyone get the same?
2/ lost units are gone for ever?
3. Not sure how they calculated that, but it is a beta/test game and I approach them as non-competitive.
4. Not sure what other people are doing?

EZ... I start each map as non competitive, but often you can get your best battles from other players of this skill level who are FP players.
I received gold as well just not the windfall you received.
But thank you to the COW team for providing some compensation for the troop loss.
