Black spots appearing around the map

I've had this bug for several weeks now and it happens in every round I play. Small black patches appear all over the map in clusters(mostly in mountain provinces). It started happening before the low graphics mode was added.

It's perfectly fine if I scroll to the right, but once I drag left they appear

It is actually a bug, thanks for bringing it up. Seems it only happens in political view mode and morale view mode. I forwarded it to our devs.

In the standard relation view mode it does not happen.
