Blank reseach window

I was hoping that this would fix itself when the current research I was doing finished, but it didn't. With this whole section of the research box blank, I can't start any new research.

Yeah, I tried that and more, no luck. I also have blank split unit box and blank bug report box.

I too have the exact same problem as shown on the screenshots. Periodic problems splitting armies and always blank research. Please provide a solution. (Cleaning cache did not help). Problem started after the update.

You can add me to the list of folks having this problem. For the record I play the game on a dell laptop, running Windows 10 and IE 10 as the browser. However, when I opened the game in Edge it works fine, I just prefer using IE for visibility and full screen capability.

Same issues here, this "affliction" creeps in and gets worse as each game progresses. Split screen blank and research blank. Clearing Cache doesn't seem to help

It is fatal in competitive games, so is a Priority bug to be fixed. My system is Dell laptop, Windows 7, IE 11

All of the above have now moved to my other game.

Yup, did all that. You will note that the new screen shot has the blank box listed as current research.

Confirmed, getting the same thing in all of my games.

So I refreshed all of your games again. Please test and tell me if this is still occuring. Maybe you can also join a new game to see if it also occurs there.

Edit: Apparently, the problem is not completely fixed yet. I discussed it with the developers and they are working on a fix for the remaining issues. Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

This is a known bug that affects some browsers amd is been worked on by the ded team. Recomend changing your browser and/or updating current. I would suggest latest Chrome version as it helps for me and not use Edge/IE as that is problematic with same issue when I used it last.

Agreed, CoW tends to work much better in Chrome than IE or Firefox. Here is how I was able to get rid of that research window issue. You need to clean out your IE cache this every now and then anyway. After you do this it should come back, did for me anyway.
