After an incident a while ago with P35 and P36, I found them in the diplomacy tab. I think it happens when you kill an AI but I still don't understand how it could proceed to become one of the richest countries.

I noticed another issue with the names - name of Latvian head of state is Juozas Tūbelis and Lithuanian one is Karlis Ulmanis. They should change positions, because Karlis Ulmanis is a latvian name and Juozas Tūbelis - lithuanian.
