Broken Declaration of War
This may be only for me, but the "Declare War" feature just will not work. I am trying to declare war on Turkey as the Soviet Union, but for whatever reason I am stuck on Shared Intelligence. (And yeah, I am attacking a previous friend. He and I had a little fall-out... LOL)

if you are in a coalition with him. you will have to leave that before you can attack him. otherwise sometime if you set your units to attack one of his units or province, than it would change automaticly. and if it is a team game and you are on same team. than you cant attack him at all. hope it helps
