I'm pretty sure I've conquered that nation as New Zealand on the Pacific Map before, so it looks like it's just the World Map.

If you didn't name your javascript functions program1 program2 etc it might be easier to debug?

I think the problem is that they are unable to delete path lines without taking the rounds offline. Which I think they might as well bite the bullet and do when they have more than just this one issue to fix.

Noumea is uncappable and will resist to the enemy armies forever!!!
If you are still having this issue. The best way for us to help you is if you submit a lovely ticket to the support team. To do this in your map just go to the settings cog in the bottom right corner and select the report a bug icon and fill out report.
Then a CoW GO will investigate this issue for you or go to the main CoW account and scroll down to buttom press "Support" and fill out report.
