Bug if you have no Capitol

If you don’t have a capital, then the game will list your capital as being a random capital that someone else has.

Well just rebuild your capital. If you don't have a capital your provinces will decrease in morale and your economy will suffer. It can go on up to the point where your core provinces start rebelling to other nations.
