Bug in new Pacific Front games

I have noticed a bug in the new Pacific Front maps. At the start in cities with an aircraft factory the designers also give us a separate airfield (as in the rural provinces).

This is clearly an error as when you go to upgrade you only get the aircraft factory upgrade not an airfield one as well !
