Bug in the gold and rewards from the mobile version

Hi

I am having issues as the mobile version gave me the free rewards but they disappear and reappear in my inventory as the support group on the game doesen't offer a solution I am thinking about giving up on this game the bug has caused numirised issues please look into this as I have tried eveything else.
