Bug: Inappropriate message about production in progress, production blocked

Dear developers,

I think I got into some bug: I am currently unable to build Pěchota unit in game, while I (would) be able to produce Militia (see attached screenshot).

All preconditions are met (recently researched Pěchota lvl. 2), do have both Barracks and Factory (at lvl. 1; can be partly seen in bottom part of screenshot - anyways, Militia is ready to be produced). Moreover message states "production in progress", while neither building nor production actually are in progress in Prague (see top left corner of form).
