yeah maybe, but anyway, I’ve already moved it like 2 times from DC to new York to LA.
And I’m controlling 2 nuke reactors there and building nuclear stuff, selling goods thus unable to get my capitals shifted.
Anyway, every 2 days I’m sending a 15-20 unit army in to Brazil, mostly to replace those on the battlefield, which are going to get sent back for re capping the provinces lost in rebellions.
its been 1 day! Aren’t any forum admins around to give me an answer or opinion?
Edit(26 October 2020 I forgot to say—during that game in august I lost New York to a rebel that went to the Soviet Union (inactive). The game already ended so why am I editing lol. The 2nd reactor was damaged due to rebellion and the level 3 naval base ran out of gas and was damaged.

Building Forts also help

Dang, most likely your capital, DC is far to far away from Brazil to give any benefits

Managing morale to prevent rebellions is an important part of the game.

ok number 1: 20 a day is really unreasonable. It probably means that I have to send 20 troops back to those smoking provinces.
number 2: now b cause the rebellions took those with industrial complex and tons of infrastructure, and more tank reinforcements arrived, I actually can’t believe that I’m preparing a nuke bomber.
number 3: my troop unit is only 300. 1/5 is navy, 1/5 plane and the rest ground. I’m losing more provinces than ever in my history of this game. It’s really bad! That’s only to Brazil. I keep losing more stuff to an inactive player that I’m not at war with, and I only had a war with him like ages ago, like 1 month ago.

You are at war with too many countries. You need more resources. Buy some food and whatever else you don’t have enough of and your morale should increase. Also don’t be at war with 5 COUNTRIES!!!

20 provinces is nothing to lose, as I was seeing 30 to 50 flip to a random assortment of AI controlled countries. I was Argentina winning a global 1939 map. The "game designers" reply to my comments is that this is intended and that it has been part of this game from the start, and it is working as intended.
To counter this issue in me taking Congo early in the game I had to park 50 units to hold this resource rich area in the middle of Africa, even then the morale stayed low and on the decline. Provinces flipped all around me, all random, some went to countries that had never even been in Africa. When asked if the game designers think that it is fun to park units for so long I get no reply.
When I next invaded Japan (even further away from my homeland in Argentina) it was crazy, 20 to 30 would flip every day. The Game designers said it was not a shooter game, but a strategy game (one that discounts attack speed as part of a real strategy) and that I needed to go slower. With the game already past 50 days, I asked the game designer exactly how many years should I plan for to play a turtle speed game needed to keep 30 to 50 morale flips from happening. Years?????? No reply from the game designer. They really do not care.
Attached are screen shots of my moves to wipe out Japan, which owned all of China, a flip caused my units to fight India (AI controlled) when I would have rather headed after the last two people playing. Instead of dealing with all the random flips, I convinced the others to retire and end the game. Global games are no fun with the -39 you get for morale, and I head it is even larger for the new 1.5 game. It just couldn't get and worse, I will stick with the small maps.

Every province that is newly captured has a 28% chance to revolt, or slightly more than 1/4. If you took at least 70/80 provinces that day and no capital it seems entirely reasonable to have 20 revolts.

not my fault! I was killing UK with my ex collision mate and Cuba too, but Cuba I sent too little troops, somehow uk is in Africa, Netherlands is somehow below Philippines and revolts keep happening there!

I assume you are in the 25 player historical world map, and that 'somehow' is centuries of brutal colonialism.

yes, I changed my “main game” or rather the game that I focus on winning to a less unfair game, I currently open that annoying 25 player game..........
Pissed. I don’t really like call of war like I used to like it now........

well, if u r Argentina then what r u doing in Asia?
I’m only USA and taking people in my continent and u have crossed a sea, showing that u probably have conquered USA.
It shows that u have more provinces that me thus having more flips. There r like 6 active players, so can’t retire...

exactly try conquering places closer to you...or else move your capitol to the other place.,
