Bug Report: Railway Moment?

Idk, maybe it's 'cause I don't regularly use the unit tooltip thingy, but since when was infrastructure referred to as railway? Is this intentional?

Look at roads as you upgrade them..: they become railways.

I never knew they called Infrastructure railways; I just assumed they were a general building meant to represent better roads and railways...

They start as roads and become railways from the looks of it.
