Do you have HC and use the building wait list?
If so, the resources may be going to the planned productions or buildings in the wait list.

Bugged Market.
When i buy a resource/food/goods - i dont seem to get them i only lose more cash.

only if you have buildings waiting in the wait list, this would explain the 'disappearing' of resources (into building).
if you are not using the HC wait list, than I don't know what's wrong
