Try refreshing? All buildings need to be refreshed sometime

Thank you Ryan for the reply, yes finished building, logged off it is still not showing - in the buildings tab , but there is a flag there ?

Capitols don’t show up in the building tab. You will only see a flag.

Yes a flag should show up on the map though.

zoom out to see the flag in the new location
