Building/Unit timers reset

Yesterday I started 5 infrastructure all within a matter of minutes of each other. Also yesterday, when my light tank research was finished I immediately began making 3 light tanks all within minutes of each other.

After day change, one whole day of build time was added to the infrastructure in Belgrade (all the others were unaffected) and two of the three light tanks in process have had 5 hours added to their build time mysteriously.

I checked possible spy actions and no buildings have been damaged in any way. Not sure what else can make this happen but it is annoying at best.

I have to spend gold now to keep my precisely planned production schedule back on track?
