Buildings Under Construction Stopping at Day Change

I've been noticing this in my 100 map... Buildings I've started, have their construction stopped when the Day changes and I lose the resources for that portion of the build.

Just had a Barracks stop 1hr into a 4hr build.. now I have to pay again to restart.

I thought something might have forgotten to start the build... because it's happened a few times now.. but this was in a Core province where I would not have stopped the build, and of a structure I needed.

Other builds were not stopped, just this one.

There were no Espionage reports for the city so nothing as a result of Spy activity.

Anyone else thinking they are going crazy and seeing this on their maps?
