Buying Gold with the Amazon Paying Option

I have money left over on my Amazon account so I decided to use it for some gold in the game. When I choose the Amazon option of payment, it brings me to a screen where I have to login with my Amazon account (so far so good, but I have to say that even this screen pops up occasionally, not all the time). Then it leads me to a white page with just the Good Game logo and the amount of gold and money I want to get with an adjacent non-working button that says "Buy".

How come?

I would love to buy some gold but it just does not allow me, any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

As this payment issue could get into some private details, please send in a bug report support ticket from the lower right corner of your game with the category of payment issue and someone will be able to assist you with this.
