Call of war, bug while upgrading units

Hello, I encountered a bug while upgrading units. I started upgrading 30 ships, then sent them to a province to check how much travel time would remain once the upgrade was completed. I then cancelled the movement. At that point, the upgrade was cancelled as well, and I lost all the resources I had spent on it.

Could an admin please refund my resources? Thank you.
