Many people are reporting that we can not log into the games we are playing for the past 24 hrs. Mobile works, many of us don't play mobile, and you can tinker around in account settings and this forum.
Many have tried contacting moderators and no response. This is unusual for this group of creators who respond immediately to problems with the game. I hope all are well.

This happened to me about a month ago. I just used a different browser and it worked fine, the cache probably isn't working for you. In my experience, the worst for this is Chrome, so I use Ecosia for CoW instead.
I have tried Brave(chrome knockoff), Firefox, and Safari. I'll give edge a shot and ecosia. thank you for the reply.

Once upon a time, Chrome was advocated as 'best' for CoW, apparently that is no longer true.
