I also see I have the same problem in the other games I am playing.
The right side of the box only loads the first couple of lines. The rest is blank.

can not research troop types
in game 2,086,982 I am playing Italy. Game just started. I am Lord Bauth
I can not research troop types.
I go to the research area, select level 1 infantry click on it. Nothing happens.
the "Current Research" box is completely empty, there is nothing there.
Also tried the airplane, inceptor.
I rebooted my system, this does not fix the problem.
any suggestions?

I can now do research. Don't know why it started again.

I heard firefox maybe have this problem. What browser are you using? I think chrome is the preferred browser.

If it happens again please open a bug ticket from the bottom right of your game

This very same problem just happened to me. I opened a ticket for the issue.
I use firefox. I tried everything I could think of, but nothing helped.

With this kind of issues a bug report is the best thing you can do, as me SGO and the GO has a better view of the issues and can help you out way better, and probably quicker.

Hi, with Bing I assume you mean Internet Explorer? This issue mostly happens in old and outdated browser versions. Please install a newer browser, you can for example use the latest Version of Edge (which is the successor of the Internet Explorer), or try Chrome.544ARTW wrote:
