Can't access Team-Up event

Hello, this may be the wrong thread, but I can't seem to join any of the new "Team Up" event games, it says the reason as "minimum rank required: level 11" but I am above level 11, can someone help me please?

Huh, I just joined a Team-up game. That's weird. Are you using Chrome? For some reason, when using Chrome, CoW sometimes doesn't work properly. Try another browser if so.
