It does not allow me to create a game even thow i am level 12 which means i am more than level 11 so why can't i create it

Try closing your browser and reopening if you have reached level 12 since logging in last.

I'm truly impressed ! 18 maps, all still running and not older than day 22 which means one map for nearly every day since beginning of the game a few days ago - Hats off, must be a hard work to manage them all together - I really hope it works now, so that the series does not break...
