I'm in an infinite loading screen, I can't enter any game, and can rarely actually get into the 'menu' for the game. can anyone help or is this just something that will be fixed over time?

How long has this been happening? Also, what does your loading screen look like? Is it the standard screen with the quotes and war portraits? Or something else?
It could be a problem with your connection or device, I have had super long loading screens before. You might have to restart your device or connection or something, but if it has been going on for a very long time it could be a bug/glitch as well.
I think it is probably a connection issue if you are stuck on the main loading menu, but I am not an expert on any of this.
What do I put here?

this has been happening for about a week and a half, my screen just has a standard loading screen with quotes but the loading bar is completely full, connectivity isn't a problem, I've restarted my device and that didn't work either

Oh, well it must be some other problem then. I’m not sure what the fix is if it’s not a connection or device problem, it could be something about mobile though, since I’ve never had anything happen to me and I’m on pc.
