Can’t load game on iPad since update

As soon as the game update I lost the ability to load the game, as soon as I log in either on the app, safari or even when I tried using chrome it gets stuck at the loading screen. I can play on my iPhone but it’s no where near as enjoyable on there, please help. IOS 14.4.2 8th gen IPad no further updates on safari available. Also my username on here is the same as in game
