Can't load into match

I am in a speed game that I loaded 7 hours ago before I went to bed. when I woke up my friends told me I went inactive and now I can't load the match at all. I have tried both my phone and pc and nothing, I even tried to join another game which did work. I can't be banned either as I have no messages from the support team anywhere.
