I've been having trouble logging in to my game today. I can't get past the loading screen. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
(I accidentally created this thread in "suggestions and criticisms", so I deleted it there and posted it here. I hope this won't be a problem)

How is your internet connection at the time? The game may take up to a minute to load, but it usually takes a lot less time.
My internet is fine. I've been able to watch streams and play online with other games just fine.
By the way, this is the loading screen I'm talking about.
I haven't been able to even get in the site for the last 4 hours. I get bad gateway.

I also get 'Bad Gateway '
When the servers are down, as a recovery when they are coming back up, are all games frozen or not? I am past the bad gateway, and 5 minutes and counting at the game loading screen.
Server is on its back. That is the only explanation as to why the rest of the internet is online while this is not.

No, the game is running now faster to the current date and time. At the moment you can lock in everything is happens as "normal"!
Units was moved to the positions they have to be now, fights has done and other things will be as nothing happens, only that we has no chance to engage.
They really need to incorporate messaging via SMS or email so that we can set notifications like:
Server Up/Down, In game Diplo' message received, Building completed, or invasion attack on your country.
When the servers are out of order they have no chance to send informations via email.

Calm with the conspiracy theories here, there was a power cut at the servers in germany for seven hours. No 007 stuff going on.
