CAn't log in [facebook]

Guessing I've lost the games I had going as user PatrikP.

Not a very good experience this!

We have had issues with the facebook signup process that have resulted in unhappy users having problems,

[Devs are aware as you were informed already via your ticket reply]

This is why it now links to our main website for people to use the normal account creation process we have there.

The problem wasn't the signup, the problem is that had signed up with facebook1,5-2 months ago and played since then and all of a sudden I couldn't log in any longer since when I press Facebook sign-in I got re-directed to sign-up. I don't need to sign-up, I already have the account and want to log in again so I can play...

please reply again to the last reply you got from a GO / SGO on your ticket, that will re-open it.

any information you add can be looked at, also the EN SGO is already aware of your case.

if we can help you we want to do that.

i think that i have the same problem

i want to log in but the only way in "facebook log in" and i cant change the pasword because i have no old pasword

maybe an admin could help me?

I had the same issue some time ago. The following worked for me (and again a few mins. ago

- go to CoW log-in screen

- click on pull-down log-in menu

- enter CoW username

- press "Forgot Password?" link found below "fb login" button (this takes one to a screen asking for email addy used for registration)

- enter email addy used to register for facebook (CoW sends a 'reset password' link to that email addy)

- check email & click on password reset link

If it doesn't work for you, perhaps, there's something I'm missing that I did w/o realizing it.
