Can't move army - thinks it's being bombarded by one of my armies

In my 100 player game of World at War #3835639, I have an army consisting of a light tank and anti air gun. I can't move the army and it currently says it's being bombarded by CO18 - one of my rocket artillery brigades that is way far away. About 8 hours ago, it said it was being bombarded by CO8 - one of my light tank brigades that is also far away. I'm annoyed that I can't use the army and hope that the support team can fix the bug.
