Can't produce units - 8733327

8733327 appears to have a problem.

You try and produce a unit - militia or whatever and nothing happens. Not happening in other games so assume it is that game. Not an issue with resources or that province able to produce that unit.

Tried a few times, noticed a delay in recent weeks but it usually works. Now nothing.
