Can't see my troops!

Hi there! i am playing a game rn and the new update released while i was in there looking around on my troops. when the update was over, i couldn't see my troops! i tried looking on my computer, and there they were, but still nothing on my phone. i tried to take the webGL off and on again, and it still didn't show them. It shows on all the other settings, and its really annoying. Does anyone else have this problem? anyone know how to solve it? Thanks

Same here, have tried phone tablet and PC'.... multiple attacks on my cities and I can't see what's happening.... not good.

idk why but i can see on my pc with the same settings...

Come on support people!!!!! I can see in the Front Reports I'm losing provinces but can't do jack about it. I've paid good money to play this game and because you have not tested the new update properly I'm losing out

Lol, every time there is a new update there is an issue. Last time, I couldn't enter my game for 30 min.

This is a known bug. Please know that the devs are working on it.

Can you re-post if the issue was fixed for you already? We see the number of errors going down.

If it is still an issue for you I can recommend to you switching to low graphics mode or trying another browser until it is fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I also had this issue on pc but I fixed it via switching to mobile version (in settings) and returning back into pc version, I hope this is a temporary solution for others with this issue until Bytro fixes this bug (well, if you have this bug on pc).

yep, i got it fixed! not sure how but it basically just fixed itself.
