To help us help you, we will need you to send us in a report. To do this just go to the main Call of War page (your account page). There scroll to the very end of the page and click to open "Support" or in the affected game, bottom right corner open, settings, select the bug symbal and fill out the report with your problem and your game number that is affected.
Then a Game Operator will assist you as soon as possible.
