I have joined this 2v2 match, ID: 1850952, but as I enter the game it shows me the faction choosing tab; the problem here is that is doesn't let me choose any faction and if I try to let the game do it for me it says that there are no countries left to choose. Any help?

First aid attempt: Close CoW and your browser, delete the browser cache, and then try again to enter the game.

I have exaclty the same problem. Joined two games, 1965607 and 2050699 - both didn't let me to select anything bar the "Skip & choose randomly" option.
I'm listed in both games but everytime I try to join, I got a popup with county selection again.
I tried restarting my browher, clearing cache etc - nothing helped.

You did try to click one of the two countries on the map, right?

After an hour I got kicked out due to inactivity and joined again with the same result. 
I'm unable to duplicate this to help with a workaround.
I have, however, alerted the developers to this issue so they may investigate, further.

Got a little update on the problem: Same error is still ocurying in the 1v1 matches (not 2v2 like I said in the main post, sorry), it's because of this problem that the same matches that were on the menu yersterday are still trying to get started. But I actually created my own 1v1 server, not selecting the "team match" and "country selection" options, and it started just fine and someone else joined a few minutes later, working %100. The problem seems to be only on the 1v1s that have the "team match" and "country selection" options enabled.

This info will undoubtedly help them with the issue.
I can confirm what Valewonca said. It doesn't matter if a game has started (with a host only) already or if it's just set to Starts when full.
Unfortunately. all hosted English Channel maps have the Teams option enabled, so you can't join any round.
Silvio has informed me that this issue was fixed, today, and tests verified the maps are now allowing proper entry. If it reappears, please let us know immediately so the devs can dive back in.
Hm. Do you mean all the maps or just those created after fix? I tried to join 2112611, but still got the issue. Nick: IvanDolvich.WiseOdin wrote:

This fix will only work on maps created after the fix, sadly
