Can't use Help Chat

I type something in the chat input box in the Help Chat. When I hit enter, the input box goes blank, but my text does not appear in Help Chat. Using Chrome.

Have you refreshed the page? Sometimes when you refresh the page it works otherwise if that doesn't work send a bug report.
