Try to reload game. That fixes the problem for me nearly 100% of the time that I have an issue with my troops not moving ...slickandjake wrote:

Cannot capture Capital
In a current game of Europe Clash of Nations and I am at war with Algeria. I am putting forces into an empty Algiers but it will not capture it. There is an 11 stack of Moroccan troops real close but is not at war with Algeria. Morocco and I have right of way for each other, and Morocco is now an AI player. Are the Moroccan troops presence, likely within a few minutes travel of Algiers, preventing me from capturing it? Is there something else that could be the issue?

The province is being defended by their allied troops present.
As Morocco is allied with Algeria, you either need to destroy them or convince them to leave Algiers in order for you to conquer it.

Morocco came back on and after moving his troops I could capture Algiers. So Vorlon you are correct, even though they were not in Algiers, their presence being close enough to Algiers prevent my capture of it.
