Cannot capture province

In several games now, I am sitting on a province spot with no enemy and I am at war them and they with me, but it is not transferring to me. Very odd.

Because rockets and planes cannot conquer provinces anyway - and can't hold them..

Browser games are an ingenious business idea to lure out money ..

If your units show that they are still on foot, use the Forced march metod to capture the province
