Cannot create or edit coalition- Crashes chrome.

I have encountered this issue in a past game, that being i cannot create a new coalition, or edit an existing one as leader, every time i attempt to do so the game pops up with a message saying specified game doesn't exist, and repeats that message until i close the tab or chrome crashes.
