Cannot enter the game
Saya tidak bisa masuk ke game di smartphone saya, karena dikatakan error, padahal saya sudah menunggu lebih dari 24 jam. Namun saat saya mencobanya di desktop, semuanya bekerja dengan lancar tanpa masalah. Apakah ada solusi dari kalian semua?

The problem should be resolved now. Please post here or submit a support ticket if you still cannot access your games.

Until now, I still can't enter the game on my phone. How about this?

As my game operators have said this appears to be a problem with your device. The age of your device makes it likely that something in the recent update is not compatible with your device.
The game is operating properly on our servers at this point. Those games load properly for us in observation mode.
Do some of your games operate and some not?
